About the client Our client is one of the biggest leaders in the travel-tech industry in Poland, developing a modern platform for planning and booking trips. The company serves millions of users, implements large-scale projects with high system availability, and focuses on the development of modern technologies and innovative digital solutions. Cooperation model Remote work Cooperation start No later than the beginning of September. The project will be made easier for you by: * Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role. * Practical experience in designing digital products in the e-commerce area. * Proficient knowledge of Figma. * Experience working with data, product metrics, and KPIs. * Ability to independently lead the design process – from problem identification to delivering a ready solution. * Good knowledge of UX design principles and product development methodologies. * Experience working in an Agile environment. * Experience in conducting research. * Very good knowledge of English (min. B2) and Polish (min. B2). * Knowledge of Product Discovery and Product Analytics methods. Nice to have: * Experience working on large e-commerce platforms or marketplaces. * Knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytical tools. * Experience in designing and optimizing the checkout process and user purchase path. * Knowledge of SEO and experience in cooperating on marketing-related projects. * Experience in analyzing and interpreting A/B test results. * Experience collaborating with international and interdisciplinary teams. Your contribution to the project: * Designing user experiences for digital products in the e-commerce area. * Analyzing business problems and user needs and translating them into design solutions. * Independently leading the design process from the problem identification stage, through research, concept and prototype creation, up to solution implementation. * Creating mockups, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final interface designs in Figma. * Collaboration with Product Managers, analysts, developers, UX Researchers, and business stakeholders. * Utilizing product data, KPIs, and metrics to make design decisions. * Analyzing user behavior and identifying areas requiring optimization. * Conducting desk research and analyzing competitors and market best practices. * Participating in Product Discovery processes, verifying hypotheses, and defining user value. * Working in Agile methodology and active participation in team ceremonies. * Ensuring user experience consistency and project compliance with the design system.
