Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, business-oriented, strong sales-minded executive to lead our Romanian subsidiary company.
Fekadatok:
The overall operational and strategic management of the Romanian subsidiary company.
Active participation in the sales process, customer acquisition.
Regular, personal visits to customers, relationship maintenance.
Identifying new customers and business opportunities.
Developing and implementing a sales strategy.
Negotiating contracts, providing support for contract signing.
Monitoring market trends and competitors.
Preparing and implementing business plans, budgets, and reports for the owner.
Designing and implementing staff expansion plans.
Building and leading a local team, motivating them.
Maintaining contact with the parent company's management.
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the company.
