We are looking for a UGC Manager/ Creative Strategist (m/w/d) - Mannheim

Aufgaben

• You will take over the communication with our content creators and accompany them from onboarding to inquiries until the implementation of ongoing UGC projects.
• You maintain and expand our creator pool, review applications, and support in sourcing new suitable content creators.
• Unfold your creativity: Write creative briefs for UGC, recut projects, and high-quality shoots, where you can fully utilize your strategic and creative skills.
• Coordinate feedback loops, check created contents, and ensure that our quality standards are met.
• In larger HQ productions, you will support the team in pre-production and accompany shootings on site (Berlin or Mannheim) as needed.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a Creative Strategist or Creator Manager:in and are familiar with writing briefs for various video projects.
• You have a good sense for social media, trends, and performing content (e.g. TikTok & Instagram) - you are at home in the UGC game and enjoy continuous learning.
• You are a communication ace with organizational talent: You connect people and ideas, keep an overview of multiple projects running simultaneously, and ensure smooth processes between teams, creators, and processes.
• You understand the mechanisms of growth marketing and can interpret relevant key figures to develop creative and strategic approaches.
• Ideal would be experience in planning high-quality video shoots, accompanying these on site, and bringing your own experience as a content creator with you.
