UGC Manager/ Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a UGC Manager/Creative Strategist (m/w/d) who is moving confidently in the world of User-Generated Content. You work structured, keep an overview of multiple projects at the same time and enjoy collaboration with Creators. As UGC Manager/Creative Strategist (m/w/d), you will work closely with a well-coordinated team. We are looking for a UGC Manager/Creative Strategist (m/w/d) - Berlin or Mannheim

Aufgaben

• You take over communication with our Content Creators and accompany them from onboarding to inquiries until the implementation of ongoing UGC projects.
• You maintain and expand our Creator Pool, review applications and support in sourcing new suitable Content Creators.
• Unfold your creativity: Write creative briefs for UGC, Recut-projects and high-quality shoots, where you can fully utilize your strategic and creative skills.
• Coordinate feedback loops, check created content and ensure that our quality standards are met.
• In larger HQ productions, you support the team in pre-planning and accompany shoots on site (Berlin or Mannheim) as needed.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a Creative Strategist or Creator Manager:in and are familiar with writing briefs for various video projects.
• You have a good feel for Social Media, trends and performing content (e.g. TikTok & Instagram) - you're at home in the UGC game and eager to continuously learn more.
• You are a communication ace with organizational talent: You connect people and ideas, keep an overview of multiple projects running simultaneously and ensure smooth processes between teams, creators and processes.
• You understand the mechanisms of Growth Marketing and can interpret relevant key figures to develop creative and strategic approaches.
• Ideal would be experience in planning high-quality video shoots, accompanying these on site and bringing your own experience as a Content Creator with you.
