• You produce UGC videos for Meta & TikTok Ads: testimonials, unboxings, try-ons, problem-solution formats, hooks, and more
• You implement briefings creatively and precisely and deliver content that fits the brand, the target audience, and the product
• You can produce content for clients from different industries with us: just write to us which ones are suitable for you!

• You have demonstrable experience as a UGC Creator, ideally with content for paid ads on Meta or TikTok
• You have a strong portfolio with examples that show what you can do
• You work independently and reliably, even when multiple assignments are running simultaneously
• You have a feel for trends, storytelling, and hooks that hold attention
• You communicate professionally, friendly, and solution-oriented
• You are available throughout Germany and speak fluent German
• Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for instructions, you get started
