On behalf of an important client company, we are selecting an

PURCHASING OFFICE EMPLOYEE (m/f/nb)

We offer: Direct hiring within the company, under the Metalworking National Collective Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica), with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging between €30,000 and €34,000. The economic positioning within the range will be determined based on skills, responsibilities, and factors inherent to the specific role.

Work Location: near Mondovì

What will you be responsible for?

The resource hired will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement and operational management process, handling:

• Technical Purchasing: Management of negotiations and the purchase of materials, with a particular focus on components and electrical material;
• Contract Management: Supervision, negotiation, and monitoring of service contracts and external service providers;
• Logistics and Flows: Coordination of logistics activities, management of shipments, and optimization of warehouse flows;
• Scouting & Vendor Rating: Search for new strategic partners and constant evaluation of the performance of active suppliers.

What requirements are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial contexts specialized in the electrical sector;
• Good command of the main management systems (ERP) and the Office Suite (particularly Excel);
• Strong negotiation skills, precision, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
