Role : UCCE Engineer Summary : We’re looking for a seasoned UCCE Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. If you have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences, this opportunity is for you! Location: Bangalore/Pune Experience: 5–10 Years Notice Period: Immediate – 60 Days Key Responsibilities: Install and configure UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, CUSP Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UCCE components Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and address root causes of issues Develop and maintain technical documentation for UCCE components Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
