We are looking for

We are looking for a committed Marketing Manager or Assistant who will support our marketing team as an Assistant*in or, if needed, as Deputy of the Marketing Leadership. In this role, you will help us develop our brand further, make our products visible, and strengthen the unique experience at Krewelshof in the region.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Development of our online marketing – from SEO/SEA to newsletters and social ads
• Active maintenance and development of our brand
• Care of our website, social media channels, and ticketing system
• Organization and implementation of events, actions, and marketing activities
• Negotiation and cooperation with local partners
• Creation of advertising materials, campaign contents, and target-group-oriented content
• Conducting market and target group analyses to optimize our measures
• Closely coordinating with our sales and gastronomy team

Qualification

You bring with you

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or a comparable qualification
• Safe handling of digital media, social media, and modern marketing tools
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience in content creation and management
• Independent, structured working style and joy in working in a small team
• Passion for regional products, sustainable agriculture, and conscious enjoyment
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
