Job description
websedit AG is a full-service internet agency based in Ravensburg in the Lake Constance region. We design and develop sophisticated web solutions for our customers. We are looking for colleagues for our TYPO3 development team.
Your Role
We develop sophisticated, scalable websites and digital platforms based on TYPO3. We combine a structured Figma design system with modern, AI-supported development processes.
As a Senior TYPO3 Developer (m/f/d), you will take on technical responsibility for our TYPO3 architecture, develop custom extensions, and ensure the quality of our implementations. Together with design and development, you will shape a workflow where Figma and modern development tools work together effectively.
We see AI as a development tool: Recurring tasks can be automated, while architectural decisions, functional modeling, quality assurance, and technical responsibility remain with experienced developers.
What You Bring
Several years of professional TYPO3 experience and very good knowledge of the TYPO3 versions used in the company
In-depth knowledge of PHP, object-oriented development, Fluid, TypoScript, and Extbase
Experience with custom extensions, clean software architecture, and reusable components
Confident use of Composer, Git, and modern deployment processes
Experience with data modeling, multilingualism, and editorial workflows
Knowledge of automated testing, web security, and performance optimization
An independent, structured way of working, as well as the ability to communicate and document technical decisions clearly
Good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills for technical communication and documentation
Confident use of Linux, ideally Linux Mint or a comparable Linux distribution
We Appreciate These Additionally
Experience with Figma, design systems, design tokens, and TYPO3 Content Blocks
Experience with AI-supported development tools; knowledge of Codex or the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is advantageous
Knowledge of frontend frameworks, modern CSS architectures, and visual testing
Experience with Docker, Ansible, and CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, as well as headless or composable architectures
Experience with these tools is not a must. What is crucial is your willingness to critically test new tools and your commitment to high-quality software.
