Two companies with over 800 seats, a strong service team of around 10 employees and numerous events in the banquet area offer a varied and responsible position ? without room hours. Tasks: Operational management of various restaurants, bars, and banquet areas; planning, coordination, and implementation of banquets and special events; recruitment, training, and leadership of the service and bar staff; creation of deployment plans taking into account the event structure; quality control, guest care, and process control; collaboration in administration, particularly personnel and event planning. Profile: Completed education in gastronomy (EFZ or equivalent from D/A); several years of experience in a comparable leadership function; excellent banquet experience and organizational skills; very good German language skills in writing and speaking; age range between 25 and 40 years; self-directed, structured, and responsible work style; robust, flexible personality with high service orientation.
