Job description
Experience in development and operations of video streaming solutions proven in the field (5 experience) with focus on unicast video distribution and delivery Comprehensive, practical understanding of deploying/operating/troubleshooting web technology stacks on TCP/IP, addressed as v4 or 6, with ARP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/1.1/2 and TLS Good knowledge of infrastructure operations including Linux, Load Balancing, Firewalling, L2 and L3 routing, BGP Field proven experience in content processing/storage management, data compression, caching, and streaming protocols such as HLS, DASH, and RTMP Familiarity with cloud-based solutions like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/1.1, HTTPS, and DNS Knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git Experience working with large datasets and data processing pipelines Understanding of security protocols and best practices for securing network infrastructure and applications
