JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a Foundation specializing in providing post-diploma advanced training courses (ITS and IFTS), an Apple Training Center certified for our commitment to technological training.

We are looking for an Educational Tutor for our Milan office, who will optimize the quality and management of our 10,000 annual training hours.

Skills

The candidate has a degree in humanities and at least 3 years of experience in school and training environments. They have strong planning and organizational skills, and people management skills (individuals and teams). They have ease in interpersonal relationships. They have an understanding and concrete experience of digital teaching and management software, as well as school bureaucracy and reporting.

They are organized and capable of extreme multitasking, working by priority while managing urgencies but remaining concretely results-oriented and problem-solving. They have strong motivational and interpersonal skills, and possess good judgment. They have strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties

• Organizes the structure of the academic year (over 10,000 hours of teaching delivered): defines the timetable, creates classes, and plans activities and logistics.
• Represents the interface for all students, resolving any doubts and problems.
• Supervises a team of over 60 teachers, providing them with support for the use of teaching equipment.
• Pursues continuous improvement of the quality and consistency of educational content and tools.
• Ensures the consistency of ongoing and end-of-course evaluations.
