The Opportunity OCL Group Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Turnaround Planner to join our team. The Turnaround Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of turnarounds and maintenance activities. This includes developing schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects. Responsibilities: * Develop detailed turnaround plans and schedules. * Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. * Manage budgets and track project costs. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. * Identify and mitigate potential risks. * Prepare and present progress reports. * Continuously improve turnaround processes. * Other duties as required. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in turnaround planning or related field. * Strong knowledge of project management principles. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other scheduling software. * Experience with industrial construction or maintenance projects preferred. * Valid driver's license.
