VIP Account Manager (Turkish Speaking)
Job description
Our client, an international player within the online entertainment sector that specializes in customer support, AML and fraud prevention, KYC, and risk management, ensuring their clients' operations stay secure and efficient. We are looking for a Turkish VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
- Able to search and find solutions for customers' issues
- Analyse customers' behavior and keep a personalized relationship with them
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues that may arise
