Job description

About us

The Legal Tech Colab (LTC) is the hub for software startups in the legal sector. As a non-profit initiative of UnternehmerTUM, the TUM Venture Labs, and the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice, we support our members in making solutions for legal challenges easier, better, faster, and more accessible to everyone through new technologies. Our goal is to build Europe's leading hub for internationally scalable Legal Tech startups.

Your tasks

  • Automation & Processes: Building and maintaining automations in Make.com that connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, and Slack, from the initial idea to live operation.

  • CRM & Reconciling and maintaining our contact and company data between HubSpot and Salesforce, including resolving duplicates and matching errors.

  • Dashboards & Knowledge Management: Maintaining our Notion knowledge hub so that startups have access to relevant knowledge at all times.

  • Startup Support: You will be the point of contact for our members on specific topics related to onboarding, using our services, and allocating the workspaces we provide.

Your profile

  • You are studying Business Informatics, Data Science, Management & Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field with good academic performance.

  • You are enthusiastic about automation, data, and digital tools. A strong interest in Legal Tech or startups is an advantage.

  • You have the ability to drive and implement assigned tasks independently and take responsibility for their careful completion.

  • You enjoy working in a team and are keen on direct exchange with founders and startups.

  • You are curious and enjoy tinkering with technical problems. Experience with tools like Make.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Slack, Mailchimp, or Google Data Studio is an advantage.

  • You have 15 to 20 hours per week available.

  • You communicate confidently and precisely in German and English.

Your benefits

  • An open environment that encourages initiative and responsibility and offers opportunities for co-creation.

  • Remuneration of €16 per hour.

  • Flat hierarchies, a high degree of freedom, and close collaboration with a dynamic and enthusiastic team.

  • The opportunity to network with entrepreneurs, executives, and experts in the startup and Legal Tech environment, which can be a springboard for your future career.

  • Diverse insights into various (legal) professional roles and industries.

  • Free sports activities at our locations (Yoga, Functional Training, Cross Fit, etc.).

Diversity is important to us

Diversity enriches our team. We expressly encourage all qualified individuals to apply, regardless of gender, social and ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability.
