Prepare and anticipate surgeries by ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, implants, and devices according to the specialties being operated on.
Guarantee precise, fluid, and safe instrumentation throughout the surgeries.
Actively participate in various surgeries, with particularly rich activity in orthopedics and neurosurgery.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterility, and patient safety protocols.
Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the operating room's organization.
Collaborate in a caring and professional team spirit with all internal personnel.
Profile Sought
A diploma as an instrumentalist nurse, or a TSO diploma.
Versatility for all types of specialties (orthopedic and neurosurgery, an asset).
Excellent adaptability and sense of priorities.
Availability, rigor, and flexibility.
Sense of responsibility.
Good stress resistance.
Spoken and written French language
