Job Title: Trainee Software Engineer MERN
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 6 months

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Trainee Software Engineers (MERN) who have strong fundamentals in JavaScript and hands-on exposure to the MERN stack. Candidates with an interest or basic exposure to Generative AI or AI-based tools will be given an added advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or final-year students who want to build a strong foundation in full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  
• Write clean, scalable, and well-structured code under the guidance of senior developers.
  
• Support in building RESTful APIs and integrating frontend & backend components.
  
• Collaborate with the engineering team for debugging, testing, and code improvements.
  
• Learn and adopt new technologies and best development practices.
  
• Work on small modules/features independently once trained.
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience (internship or project work) in MERN stack.
  
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and basic version control workflows.
  
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
  
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  

Good to Have (Plus Skills)

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-based tools.
  
• Knowledge of APIs, WebSockets, or basic backend architecture.
  
• Experience with any real-time project or academic MERN project.
  

Eligibility

• Final-year B.Tech/BCA/MCA/CS/IT students or recent graduates.
  
• Candidates who have done internships, projects, or training programs are preferred.
