The Role
You’ll join their well-respected Trusts, Wills & Estates team and work alongside senior practitioners on matters such as:
- Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and trust documents
- Advising on asset protection, estate planning, and trust structures
- Handling estate administration and probate applications
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients and managing their relationships
- Assisting with succession planning and complex personal legal issues
- 4+ years of experience in trusts, wills, and estates (as a Lawyer or Legal Executive)
- Strong drafting ability, with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and empathetic, client-centred approach
- Confidence to run your own matters (with support)
- Desire to grow in a collaborative, forward-thinking team
- Flexible work patterns, including WFH 1 day per week
