The Role
You’ll join their well-respected Trusts, Wills & Estates team and work alongside senior practitioners on matters such as:

Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and trust documents
Advising on asset protection, estate planning, and trust structures
Handling estate administration and probate applications
Providing clear, practical advice to clients and managing their relationships
Assisting with succession planning and complex personal legal issues

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in trusts, wills, and estates (as a Lawyer or Legal Executive)
Strong drafting ability, with great attention to detail
Excellent communication and empathetic, client-centred approach
Confidence to run your own matters (with support)
Desire to grow in a collaborative, forward-thinking team
