Tasks In this versatile and responsible position, you will be responsible for comprehensive mandate management, including:

• Independent leadership of financial accounting
• Debtor management and billing process
• Creditors' processing and payment process
• Creating value-added tax returns
• Preliminary preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Leadership of payroll accounting including social insurance and personnel administration
• Filling out tax declarations for natural and legal persons

Profile - Completed commercial basic training

- Further education as a trustee with an eidg. Fachausweis or in training to become a dipl. Treuhandexperten/-expertin (TREX)

- Several years of experience in the trust sector, ideally in mandate leadership

- Conclusion secure after OR

- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (C2)

- Proficient use of MS Office, Abacus, and Dr. Tax

- You personally impress with your independent, exact, and structured working style, high stress tolerance, and flair for numbers.
