Trust Solicitor
My client is a respected regional law firm with deep roots in the community, offering pragmatic and high quality private client advice. The firm is seeing sustained growth in trust related instructions and is looking to appoint a solicitor with 2 to 3 years PQE to join their established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to intermediate lawyer who enjoys client facing work and is looking to grow their career in trust law, succession planning, and complex family arrangements.

About the Work
You will work alongside senior lawyers and partners on a wide range of trust and private client matters, including:
  • Trust formation, structuring, and administration
  • Trustee duties and compliance under the Trusts Act 2019
  • Succession planning, wills, and enduring powers of attorney
  • Variation, resettlement, and wind up of trusts
  • Risk mitigation and navigating family and creditor complexities
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your technical and advisory skills in an environment that values professional growth, practical client service, and long term relationships.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2 to 3 years PQE with experience in trusts, succession, or private client work
  • Familiarity with the Trusts Act 2019 and trustee obligations
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
