Truck Driver Coordinator

What will you do?

As a Truck Driver Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our truck drivers. You guide them to the correct door for loading and unloading, ensure smooth communication between drivers, warehouse team, and as needed, the Customer Service department. You also take care of printing, checking, and signing the necessary freight documents.

In this dynamic and sometimes hectic environment, you always keep a sense of overview and radiate calmness. Your tasks:

• Receive and respond to drivers
• Direct drivers to the correct loading/unloading door
• Coordinate with warehouse team and Customer Service
• Print, check, and process freight documents
• Administrative processing in Excel and WMS

This is you!

• You are stress-resistant and maintain overview in busy situations
• You have experience with Excel and preferably also with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English
• MBO level, preferably with a logistics background
