We are seeking a skilled surface finishing specialist responsible for all aspects of trowelling, concrete finishing, and related surface preparation works across a range of construction applications including concrete, masonry, plaster, Tiling and paving. Key Responsibilities: • Carries out all trowelling and surface finishing work including spreading, levelling, screeding, smoothing and finishing concrete, mortar and plaster to required standards • Applies trowelling techniques across a range of construction materials and surfaces • Conducts quality control checks on finished surfaces to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards • Collaborates with other site personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination of surface preparation works • Maintains accurate records of work completed and ensures all necessary documentation is up-to-date • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of surface finishing operations • Stays up-to-date with new technologies, techniques and best practices in the field of surface finishing • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of relevant construction codes, regulations and industry standards • Provides technical guidance and support to other site personnel as required • Participates in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in surface finishing and related areas.
