Main Duties & Responsibilities: This is a dual role which may include a variety of tasks but specifically: To collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them in the designated area. To clean and maintain the trolley collection area to a high standard. To work in a team environment and assist other colleagues as required. To be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and tasks. To maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers. To be aware of and comply with all health and safety policies and procedures. To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures.
