Driller - Drilling Machine Operator (m/f/nb)

DRILLER / DRILLING MACHINE OPERATOR (m/f/nb)

We offer: direct hiring with a permanent contract (National Collective Labour Agreement for Construction and Industry). Gross Annual Salary €35,000-€45,000 plus travel expenses for sites not reachable within the day - board and lodging. The economic positioning within the range will be defined based on skills, responsibilities, and factors related to the specific role.

Work location: active construction sites throughout the national territory (with availability for site-based travel)

Operating office: Basilicata (Potenza).

What will you be responsible for?

The selected professional will be integrated into the construction site team and will be responsible for:

• Operation and maneuvering of large and medium-sized drilling machines for the creation of special foundations (large diameter piles, micropiles, anchors, diaphragm walls, consolidations, and surveys).
• Positioning the equipment on axis and monitoring drilling parameters in accordance with the site's technical management.
• Movement and placement of metal reinforcement and management of concrete/cementitious mixture pouring phases.
• Routine maintenance, cleaning, and periodic checks of the operational status of the vehicle and drilling equipment.
• Strict adherence to current regulations regarding safety in the workplace and on construction sites.

What qualifications are we looking for?

• Previous experience in the role of driller or operator of special foundation machines on infrastructure or civil engineering sites.
• Autonomy in the use and adjustment of drilling/perforation plants and machinery (Casagrande, Soilmec, Bauer, or similar).
• Possession of a license for earth-moving machinery and/or specific authorization for operating small and large diameter drill rigs (this will be a preferential qualification).
• Good ability to read construction site drawings and foundation plans.
• Full availability to work away from home on construction sites distributed throughout the national territory.
• Flexible working hours, aptitude for teamwork, and orientation towards operational precision.
• The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, and maximum attention to operational safety standards.
