As a Trip Support Coordinator, you will play an important role in guiding travelers from the moment they begin planning to the moment they return home. Your purpose is to make each experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free by assisting with arrangements, answering questions, providing updates, and helping clients feel prepared every step of the way. You will work closely with travelers to understand their preferences and offer options that fit their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all pre-trip logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. * Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to address inquiries, provide updates, and offer support. * Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve any issues that may arise. * Create and distribute detailed itineraries, travel documents, and pre-departure information. * Monitor travel bookings and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction. * Provide proactive customer service, anticipating client needs and offering personalized recommendations. * Handle travel-related emergencies and provide assistance to travelers during their trip. * Maintain organized records of client interactions, bookings, and travel details. * Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel coordination. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. * Knowledge of international travel destinations and travel industry terminology is a plus. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
