As a trained train driver with a valid train driver's license, you ensure safe, punctual train journeys from Stuttgart for FlixTrain and, if necessary, support routes nationwide. Your work is essential for smooth passenger operations and a reliable travel experience. You take responsibility for thousands of travelers and ensure that sustainable mobility on the rails works every day. You are the heart of our operation!

• Independently conduct train journeys in passenger transport – always in compliance with regulations and safely
• Drive our trains from Berlin across the nationwide FlixTrain network
• Communicate reliably with dispatch, colleagues, and passengers
• Ensure safe, punctual, and economical train operations
• Undertake preparatory and final tasks to ensure operational readiness
• Support Flix in shift operations, including weekends and holidays – within flexible schedules
• Actively contribute to positive and professional passenger communication

About You

What you bring:

• Completed training as a train driver
• Valid driving license TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3
• Very good German skills (min. B2)
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to stay overnight for assignments in other cities

What would be desirable:

• Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport
• Experience with locomotive-hauled passenger trains (ideally BR 193, BR 182) is desirable, but can also be retrained
• A certification for LZB and ETCS is an advantage, but can also be retrained
• Route knowledge in your region is an advantage
• High safety and responsibility awareness, as well as service orientation and teamwork
• Motivation to be part of a sustainable mobility transformation
