Are you someone who gets energy from organizing, planning, and rolling up your sleeves? In our R&D Flowers Operations, you'll work daily with the most beautiful flowers and innovative cultivation trials. You ensure everything runs smoothly: from planning sowing moments to coordinating show material for international events. You constantly switch between greenhouse, office, and colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute part of your time to supporting quality controls and executing greenhouse and field tests. So, you'll directly contribute to the flowers of the future.

The challenge

As Trialing Support Specialist Flowers, you're the spider in the web within our trial setup. You combine cultivation technical knowledge with organizational experience. You plan and coordinate marketing trials, cultivation trials, and PCT-trials (Product Core Trials), and ensure everything is ready on time for colleagues and customers.

You work closely together with marketing, product managers, breeders, and cultivation teams. Your focus will lie on coordination, but you'll also actively work in the greenhouse yourself. You keep an overview, set priorities, and think ahead – sometimes even a year in advance.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Plan, set up, and monitor marketing and cultivation trials.
• Coordinate PCT-trials in collaboration with breeders and marketing.
• Organize seeds, cuttings, labels, and sowing moments.
• Monitor cultivation and signal any deviations.
• Gather and process trial data in our systems.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders.
