The ideal candidate will be ready to work outside (90% of the time) and inside (10%): Horticulturist/Agricultural Technician Responsibilities Follow general supervisors to operate necessary equipment for trial work and ensure availability and delivery of samples Resolve common problems autonomously, with a minimum of advice and approval from superiors Follow defined procedures for using equipment and ensure that samples are available and delivered on time.
