TASKS

We see your tasks in the areas of

• Managing payroll accounting (with personnel administration and year-end processing)
• Supporting the team with payroll and HR questions
• Managing financial accounting
• Preparing and reviewing interim and annual financial statements of national and international companies and foundations
• Preparing and reviewing value-added tax (VAT) returns
• Regular customer contact for the processing of daily business
• Participating in projects and digitalization in the payroll and HR area

PROFILE

• Several years of experience as a Payroll Specialist
• Team-oriented with taking responsibility
• Independent work
• Completed further training at the level of a certified fiduciary, certified expert in financial accounting and reporting, certified expert in social insurance, certified fiduciary expert, or comparable qualification
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT affinity
• Enjoy working in a young and dynamic team
