Ursus Treuhand & Revision AG in Wabern near Bern is young, dynamic, and digital. With us, trusteeship works as it should today: paperless, with AI in the toolkit, and without federal binders on the shelf. We are growing and are looking for reinforcement for our team.

Your territory: You manage client accounting independently and will soon know "your" clients by name. This includes monthly reconciliations, VAT statements, payroll accounting and personnel administration, as well as tax returns for individuals and companies. This is varied, offers a lot of personal responsibility, and genuine contact with people instead of anonymous columns of numbers.

Your growth path: With us, you are not permanently assigned to one area of responsibility. If you contribute and want to progress, we are happy to invest time and effort in your development. Through familiarization with new topics, professional exchange, and, where appropriate, external further training. This way, you can gradually grow into annual financial statements and audit mandates step by step. We will shape the journey together, according to your strengths.

What you bring: Ideally, experience in trusteeship or auditing. You work precisely and independently and celebrate modern tools instead of fearing them. Above all, you enjoy what you do. For you, trusteeship is not just a job, but something where you like to think along, tinker, and are happy when everything works out in the end.
