Treasury Process and System Manager / TIS (m/f/d)

Support and enhance the Treasury systems landscape including TMS (e.g., FIS), TIS, SAP (S/4C), and all related integration, fokus is on TISManage relationships with treasury system providers and technology partners, ensuring performance, stability, and scalabilityEnsure strong internal controls, audit readiness and compliance with treasury policies and regulatory standardsDevelop and maintain process documentation, workflow descriptions, system guides, and training material Longterm working hands-on experience in Treasury systems, with a strong and demonstrable focus on TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions)Proven experience supporting, enhancing, and operating complex Treasury system landscapes, including TIS, TMS platforms (e.g., FIS), SAP S/4HANA (S/4C), and related interfacesDeep understanding of Treasury system integrations, data flows, APIs, and interfaces with ERP, banking platforms, and market data providersSolid knowledge of internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance related to Treasury systems and processesProven ability to develop, maintain, and improve process documentation, workflow descriptions, system manuals, and end-user training materialsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate Treasury business requirements into system solutionsAbility to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment, collaborating with Treasury, IT, Finance, Audit, and external partnersFluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; role operates entirely in English Hays helps you gain a foothold in innovative companiesFascinating, innovative environment in an international atmosphere True financial experts are rare, in great demand and therefore have a high market value.
