Treasury Operations Assistant Manager - Morgan McKinley

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a wellestablished multinational organisation to recruit an Treasury Operations Assistant Manager to support its regional treasury function. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to multiple entities and banking partners globally. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day treasury operations including payments, cash management and bank account administration Oversee and review work performed by shared services teams; investigate and resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with internal controls and banking regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders. Support the implementation of treasury systems and process improvements. Assist with cash flow forecasting and reporting. Support ad-hoc treasury projects as required. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in treasury operations or a similar role. Strong understanding of cash management, payments, and bank account administration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
