Treasury Officer

Job description

As Treasury Officer, you are responsible for the correct and timely execution of various treasury and financial processes. You work closely with internal and external partners and ensure a smooth follow-up of daily cash flow, payments, and reporting.

processes daily bank and webshop payments for different companies;
handles domiciliations and manages domicile mandates;
takes responsibility for following up and correcting unallocated amounts;
coordinates and executes monthly closing;
prepares and oversees daily bank instructions;
books bank withdrawals and reconciles with the general ledger;
sets up and ensures timely payment of monthly VAT returns and intracommunitary listings;
prepares supplier payments.
