Job description
As Treasury Officer, you are responsible for the correct and timely execution of various treasury and financial processes. You work closely with internal and external partners and ensure a smooth follow-up of daily cash flow, payments, and reporting.
- processes daily bank and webshop payments for different companies;
- handles domiciliations and manages domicile mandates;
- takes responsibility for following up and correcting unallocated amounts;
- coordinates and executes monthly closing;
- prepares and oversees daily bank instructions;
- books bank withdrawals and reconciles with the general ledger;
- sets up and ensures timely payment of monthly VAT returns and intracommunitary listings;
- prepares supplier payments.
