Treasury Lead (Jr.)

Startup in a growth phase in Monterrey is looking for pure execution profiles: people who come to make things happen. We are building processes while the plane is flying. We are looking for profiles that assume total ownership of operational execution and results, with absolute focus on order, rhythm, and scalability, aligned with the group's strategy. Objective of the role Execute and scale the company's operation, ensuring operational order, absorbing local complexity, responding to market changes, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. He/She will be responsible for managing and controlling the company's financial resources, making decisions that impact the business, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about numbers, has a strong analytical mindset, and can work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
