Treasury Coordinator

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multinational environment; Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking operations; Proficiency in Excel and treasury applications; Good command of English (written and spoken); French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the Treasury team and oversee daily cash management activities; Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners to secure optimal services and financing conditions; Serve as the primary liaison with Group Treasury, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely reporting; Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities; Analyze liquidity needs and propose appropriate funding strategies; Support the budgeting process by providing cash flow projections and strategic insights; Ensure accurate and timely execution of payments, cash pooling, and intercompany financing; Monitor foreign exchange exposures and assist in implementing hedging strategies in coordination with Group Treasury; Contribute to internal controls and continuous improvement of treasury-related processes.
