Treasury – Risk Management / Interest Rate Hedging (Senior) Location: Remote ( LATAM-based candidates only ) Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500 USD per month Schedule: Full-time | ~7–8 hours per day | Aligned to EST About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Treasury professional with a strong focus on risk management and interest rate hedging to join a growing Treasury team. This role will support a new risk management initiative led by the Head of Treasury, while also contributing to broader Treasury initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash management, interest rate hedging, and risk management, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management strategies for the company’s treasury operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. • Analyze market trends and develop hedging strategies to minimize exposure to interest rate fluctuations. • Provide expert-level support to the Head of Treasury on risk management initiatives. • Contribute to broader Treasury initiatives, such as cash flow forecasting and investment analysis. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in treasury operations, with a focus on risk management and interest rate hedging. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
