Treasury Analyst

About the Job Under the supervision of the Head Regional Treasury Center Asia, Treasury analyst will be responsible for performing and controlling the Treasury operations of the RTC for all the Sanofi legal entities within a given geographical area embedding several countries or MCOs. Main responsibilities Daily operational treasury management Reconciliation of bank flows with forecasts and balancing of bank accounts Centralized countries: prepare daily cash position and rolling liquidity forecasts. Implement and monitor FX hedging strategy in coordination with the Head of RTC. Manage and monitor the intercompany netting and funding activities. Manage and monitor bank guarantees and other guarantees. Monitoring of bank charges. Perform regular reporting to Group Treasury and local Finance teams. Ensure compliance with internal controls and Group Treasury policies. Manage and maintain banking relationships (account opening, KYC, documentation, etc.). Support projects and ad-hoc requests as required. About You Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance. Experience in a multinational environment preferred. Technical skills & competencies Strong understanding of financial markets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Good knowledge of treasury management systems (e.g., SAP, Kyriba) is a plus. Good understanding of internal controls and compliance. Soft skills & competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluency in another Asian language is a plus.
