Traveling Retail Representative - Overnight

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to various retail locations within an assigned territory. You will execute in-store activities such as building displays, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring product placement meets client standards. What You’ll Do: * Execute merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and ensuring planogram compliance. * Conduct store visits and build strong relationships with store management and associates. * Manage inventory levels and report on product sell-through and inventory data. * Utilize provided technology (e.g., smartphone/tablet) to collect and report store data. * Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code. * Effectively communicate with team members and management regarding store conditions, issues, and successes. * Travel to various retail locations within an assigned territory, with overnight stays as needed. What You’ll Bring: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as bending, stooping, and reaching. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overnight shifts. * Prior retail experience is a plus.
