Traveling Retail Merchandiser

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support for multiple retail locations within an assigned territory. What you will do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with store management. * Execute planograms, including stocking shelves, building displays, and maintaining product placement. * Perform product resets and revisions according to planogram specifications. * Ensure accurate and appealing product presentation to maximize sales. * Manage and maintain inventory levels, minimizing out-of-stocks and maximizing sales. * Process returns and damaged goods. * Submit timely and accurate reporting of store visits, activities, and results. * Travel to various retail locations within an assigned territory. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. What you will bring: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. * Physical ability to lift, bend, and stoop, as well as stand for extended periods. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. * Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for reporting purposes. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Retail experience preferred. * Experience with planograms is a plus.
