Leading Inbound Destination Management Company based in Bryanston is looking for a Travel Support Architect. The suitable candidate assists the Travel Designers in delivering a seamless, high touch client experience. This role manages operational components, bookings, documentation, research, supplier communication and administrative accuracy. The travel support architect ensures that the Travel Designers has time to focus on client relationships, itinerary design, pricing and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to work independently, ability to be proactive and take initiative, ability to adapt to changing priorities, ability to be flexible, ability to be reliable, ability to be punctual, ability to be professional. The travel support architect will also assist in the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
