Travel Relationship Manager

Please do not apply in case you have applied previously. tourHQ is an online platform that connects travellers to guides around the world. We are looking for a Travel Relationship Manager to join our team. This will be a hybrid working position- partly work from home, and partly from office in Hauz Khas in New Delhi. Therefore, though we are Hybrid, we are looking for NCR based people, and you will need to periodically come into office. Each relationship manager would be assigned to a sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guides across the sectors, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver exceptional experiences to our travellers. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes and implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
