In this role, you will work directly with clients to research, design, and book custom travel experiences tailored to their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our travel offerings and services. • Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and goals. • Researching and recommending customized travel itineraries. • Booking and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve your knowledge and skills. • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and travel arrangements. • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
