Travel Expert

As a Travel Expert, you will be responsible for organizing and booking flights, hotels, train travel, and car rentals. You will also plan efficient travel routes taking into account costs, time, and internal travel guidelines. Additionally, you will research and select suitable booking options and travel destinations, serve as a point of contact for colleagues with questions, changes or cancellations, review and approve incoming invoices related to travel bookings, ensure compliance with budgets and company guidelines in Travel Management.

• Organisation und Buchung von Flügen, Hotels, Bahnreisen und Mietwagen
• Planung effizienter Reiserouten unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Zeit und internen Reiserichtlinien
• Recherche und Auswahl geeigneter Buchungsoptionen sowie Reisezielen
• Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen, Umbuchungen oder kurzfristigen Änderungen von Reisen
• Prüfung und Freigabe von eingehenden Rechnungen im Zusammenhang mit Reisebuchungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budgets und Unternehmensrichtlinien im Travel Management.
