WNS is hiring for Travel Consultant (IATA Freshers Welcome!) We are looking for enthusiastic IATA-certified freshers to kickstart their career in the travel industry! Role: Travel Consultant Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts) Week-offs: 2 rotational week off Work Environment: 24x7 operations Key Responsibilities: * To Handle customer interactions via chats, email, and calls. * Assist customers with travel related queries and bookings. * Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all customer issues. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. * Stay updated on industry trends and developments. Requirements: * IATA certification is preferred but not mandatory. * Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow are encouraged to apply. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
