Travel Consultant (Bilingual - English/French)
Auckland | $65K base + commission (OTE $85K-$95K) | Hybrid: 2 office / 3 WFH

About the Role
We're on the lookout for a bilingual (English/French) consultant to join a growing travel business in Auckland. You don't need prior experience in the travel industry - if you're confident working with people, love sales, and can communicate naturally in English, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll guide clients from their very first enquiry right through to their trip. That means tailoring unique itineraries, managing bookings, and delivering the kind of service that makes travel unforgettable. A big part of your work will involve video consultations (often in English), so strong communication skills are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and booking personalised itineraries (transport, accommodation, activities, and more)

• Managing the customer journey from first enquiry through to after-travel support

• Conducting video consultations in English and French to engage and convert clients

• Using booking tools and systems to keep everything running smoothly (training provided)

• Building strong client relationships while working towards sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English & French - comfortable holding full client conversations in both languages

• A background in hotels, customer service, or sales (travel industry experience is welcome but not required)

• Strong communication and people skills - you thrive on building rapport

• Organised, motivated, and confident with technology
