Designation : Travel Consultant Location : Lower Parel Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ticketing and be well-versed in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo. Responsibilities: - Issuance & Re-issuance of airline tickets - EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) fulfillment - Interpretation of fare rules and ensuring accurate application - Reporting errors and discrepancies - Liaising with airlines and other stakeholders - Providing exceptional customer service - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintaining accurate records and reports - Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in travel industry - Strong knowledge of GDS systems and airline ticketing systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
