Travel Booking Specialist

Travel Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings. Utilize this knowledge to make informed decisions and provide recommendations to customers. Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with travel suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Effectively communicate travel information, resolve issues, and provide updates. Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple bookings and requests simultaneously. Meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the booking process. Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions. Certifications: None required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a travel-related field or a related industry.
