Travel and Expense Analyst

About the role The Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for the administration, control, and audit of travel expenses and corporate credit cards, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting accuracy, and timely support to internal customers through effective use of expense management systems such as Concur. Key Responsibilities Administer, control, and audit travel and corporate credit card expenses. Review and validate expense reports in compliance with internal policies. Provide guidance and training to employees on the proper use of expense management systems. Ensure accurate and timely processing of expense reports. Identify and resolve discrepancies in expense reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain processes and procedures for travel and expense administration. Analyze and report on trends and patterns in travel and expense data. Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers through prompt and accurate resolution of their requests. Travel & Expense Analyst Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
