About the mandate :

Servies SFT is looking for a social worker to fill a position in mental health within the network of healthcare on the beautiful North Coast. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a stimulating environment.

Main responsibilities :

• Evaluate the psychosocial situation of users and their family.
• Intervene with clients experiencing difficulties (mental health, addiction, youth, seniors, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Ensure accompaniment and support to users in their care journey.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in social work or service social.
• Member in good standing of the Order of Social Workers and Therapists, Conjugals, and Family Therapists of Quebec (OTSTCFQ).
• Recent and relevant experience in the sector
• Evaluation training for suicidal risk
• Excellent listening, adaptation, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time for the entire duration of the mandate.
