About the mandate :

Services SFT is looking for a social worker to fill a position in mental health within the health network. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a stimulating environment.

Main responsibilities :

• Evaluate the psychosocial situation of users and their families.
• Intervene with clients in difficulty (mental health, addiction, youth, seniors, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Ensure accompaniment and support to users in their care journey.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in social work or social service.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
• Recent and relevant experience in the Sector.
• Formation OCCI.
• Excellent listening, adaptation, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time for the entire duration of the mandate.
